Sorry Folks. Been a mega busy and chaotic year and sadly my blog space has taken a bit of a back seater. Well great news. It means Ive got a lot of photos to upload from our New Sunday Morning Bootcamps in Ironbridge and Apley Park, Telford. As you can see we also have a new Home training Studio at our home. So now there is no need for sweating all over your own furniture when Home training. You can do it at ours instead ha ha!
Gotta say Im looking forward to my second Christmas with my new love of my life Roz and the little man Harris and the new crazy Pooch Zanna. Im excited about the new year ahead as its the BEST time of the year to start a new fitness regime. Lets hope Through Bootcamp and PT we can make people realise Fitness can be fun, non intimidating and a great Group atmosphere where everyone is there for the same reason. As Fitness First has proven by shutting down 10 of its gyms, Commercial gyms are exactly what they are….Profit! Profit! Profit! and nothing to do with genuine Health issues. Too much emphasis is placed on image. This will one day ( and its already started )be the downfall of Commercial gyms. The day a Gym has nothing but highly qualified level 3 Instructors who are GP refferal trained is the day a new breed of Gyms will be born where there will be no need for the SELL SELL SELL!! approach because word of mouth will bring people in their swarms instead of them filling up Doctors waiting rooms waiting for a tablet that will simply mask the symptoms and not fix the Cause. Let me tell you!, If I win the lottery I will build start a chain of state of the Art Gyms that wont have a weight any heaver than 20k ( to keep the steroid knuckleheads out..ahem! ) and it will be full of high tech Functional kit to get people using their bodies properly again. But hey ho! Lets win it forst huh ha ha!.
Well Its Saturday night and Im off to train now and get the kit ready for another Brilliant Sunday Morning Bootcamp. Troops at the ready!!!!
